TSA offers an extremely wide range of services, limited only by your imagination. You  email us with requests for service. We promise that we will respond within 24 hours of receiving the request (Monday-Friday 8-1 & 2-6), but usually much sooner. We mostly serve from Akumal to  Punta Allen, but please do contact us to inquire about services.

What is a concierge services?
Someone who does it all, so you don't have to!
Concierge Services sounds very expensive!
For some of our clients, money is no object, while others need to watch every penny. But what all of our clients understand (or grow to understand after using our services) is the value of (1) their own time, (2) having an expert's assistance in the planning stages and during their vacation, and (3) excellent service.
How does it work?
Very simply!
Just call us by email
We’ll provide you with an estimate, based on the services you require, and if you’re happy, we’ll go ahead and get the job done. The complex services, such as purchasing of gifts, organizing of parties, personal shopping, etc, might require a little more interaction, but then you know that the end result will be just perfect for your needs. Provide us with your credit card details and we’ll send you an invoice. That’s it!
Gifts can be such difficult things to get for people and let’s face it, some people have a knack for choosing the perfect gift and some people don’t. We’ve found a couple of the former and you’re more than welcome to make use of their unusual talent.
What is the difference between using a concierge to make reservations for activities and using an activity travel agency?
While the many activity brokers on the internet or here on Akumal will push you in the direction of their highest commissions (or worse yet, a timeshare presentation), we never steer our clients down the wrong path or use activity discounts as "bait" to sell them anything. Our recommendations on activities and events are based on our direct experience and our unbiased opinion.
And once an activity broker has collected your money, you're on your own. A concierge provides you with assistance throughout your Akumal vacation. You can call on us for any reason.. As our client, you are important to us, and you'll experience that!
Could you find it for me?
Have you been spending hours and hours looking for something and just can’t seem to find it? Because you do not speak the language, or just because you do not know the area. Start using your time more efficiently. Contact us, tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll do our best to try and find it for you. If you like, we’ll even deliver it to you.
How far in advance do I need to book my activities?
The answer is... it depends. Some popular tours and activities book up weeks, if not months, in advance. For other things it depends on the time of year. Christmas, Spring Break, and summers (June/July/August) are the peak times on Akumal, and it can be challenging at those times to do everything you want to do if you wait until you are in Akumal to reserve them. If you're concerned or wondering which activities or tours you should reserve in advance, just contact us!!! After 13 years in this business, we have a pretty good feel for the timing.
I want to thank people for their hospitality by sending them gift baskets. Will you take care of this for me? Is it one large fee, or what?
It depends. We charge a per-transaction fee, plus costs. If we send gift baskets to five people in five towns, there will be a fee for each. If all the people are in one town or, we then contact just one vendor, and charge one transaction fee.

Will TSA Concierge run personal errands such as send package to other country, call a doctor and perscription pickup, and gift baskets, special event planning?
